Do not buy
Tried to use the complementary food setting to blend a soup and the motor started smoking, making it unusable and everything smelled like plastic. Used it a few other times for nut/oat milks and it wouldn’t properly blend up the nuts and dates and would leave a lot of chunky residue

Only useful for soy milk, not nutmilks or oatmilk
Does not have nut milk or oat milk settings. It programs them as long as soy milk and that is WAY too long!Item heats well, but presets aren't set up right.

Good little buy
Functionality:Great little machine. Works well. Only downfall is this one doesn’t have a nut milk setting - only soy milk which is close to 40 minutes. I just use the juice setting 2x And it seems to work. Smoothie quality:Really great smoothies & juice! Use the nut milk with some frozen strawberries. Best shake ever

Stopped working
Worked for 2 weeks making wonderful thick soymilk. Then it would only make thin watery soymilk.

Not bad except for one small issue
UPDATE: The motor started smelling like it was overheating so it was returned. Too bad because it did make delicious and creamy soy milk.I used to make soy milk traditionally by soaking, blending, straining, then boiling. This machine produced slightly creamier milk than my vitamix did. Convenient and it makes delicious soy milk in less than 40 minutes. I have only used twice so I can’t comment on the longevity of the product. There was a bit of soy milk stuck at the bottom but it came off easily. The key is to clean the machine immediately after making soy milk. One small issue I have is that the contents boiled over thru the vent in the lid and I had to place small towel on the lid around the vent to catch the splatter.
