This mirror is bright! It has several brightness levels and I found one that is perfect for me. I returned two mirrors prior to this one because they claimed they were very bright and were not. It is smaller than I originally wanted but I can see my whole face and neck and I actually like the smaller size. It will be easy to take on trips. I have not used the phone holder but the included magnetic magnifying mirror comes in handy.

The mirror itself and the magnetized attached smaller mirror are nice. I especially like that the close-up mirror is magnetized. I ordered a stand separately for this because the way it sat on my bathroom counter wasn't working for me to see into the mirror. The stand is very nice also but there is a big drawback that I wasn't aware of. Once the mirror is attached to the stand, it will only move up and down. There is no angling allowed. It's in there solid straight! It isn't working for me and there needs to be improvements made especially for the price I paid for the mirror and the separate stand. Disappointed!

Terrible first impression, the first thing I order is defective and I go on to read multiple reviews of other purchases that are also defective. no quality control. Strike 1 customer service is questionable. Strike 2 NO one to answer the phone, just straight to voicemail or you can fill out an online contact form and wait. And we all love waiting around for responses from online contact forms amiright? Im still waiting for the horizon I ordered direct from glamcor website but after unboxing a defective Riki skinny I have no hope that the horizon will be up to my standards or worth the $450 I paid for it. If you’re claiming to sell “professional products” marketed to professionals you should understand those are exactly the people who aren’t going to waste a lot of time on your defective product returns so maybe answer the phone and hire customer service and quality control representatives- i have never in my life attempted to order lighting with zero help or consulting and I need to order multiple lights so…. Looks like I’ll be trying out my second choice next. Professionals in the beauty industry are usually small businesses meaning we are busy af and don’t have time for nonsense. Please have more respect for your target demographic.
