Q: I just bought some a few days ago from Amazon and it only gets cold, not warm sensation at all. Did I get a bad batch or did they change the formula?

Can't actually say it gets warm, if I lay a cloth over the area it will feel a little warm. Also put some on my elbow and later took a shower and went to bed. When I covered my arm the area did feel warm. Icy hot is a fairly good product. Also like Blu emu.

Q: I have a sharp pain in my thigh and calf, will this help?

No. This is not for sharp pains. It’s a topical analgesic. It’s for muscle soreness and cramps. If you are having sharp pains it could be a more serious issue that you should see your doctor about. A common issue that had sharp pains in an extremity like that can sometimes be originating from your back such as sciatica. This medicine would not help that. Again, you should probably see your doctor first.

Q: Can you use this on feet?

I have but there was no real heat felt.

Q: How do get the roller applicator to start? I roll and roll and no product comes out.

Hold unit upside down and shake it a bit. It should now "wet" the area you rolled. If not, the unit is empty or defective.
