Bizzy Coarse Ground Coffee Family 1 Pound

The cold brew I have made with this is easily very strong in quality, taste as well as caffeine content for me. The aroma is wonderful, it arrived very fresh, the bag is easy to seal, and finally this coffee isn't too acidic when making cold brew.

This is the only low acid Cold Brew I like... and I like it so much I heat it went I want hot coffee now! It has smooth, rich, chocolate notes and is great plain or mixed with Calista Farms Toasted Coconut and Almond milk blend as a treat. I switched to Brazillian coffee for its low acid, as I have acid reflux problems. I was always a Peet's Dark French Roast gal before. I don't like Sumatra, so discovering Bizzy was wonderful. I look forward to coffee again, and it doesn't bother my stomach.

I have a very particular taste when it comes to coffee, specifically, cold brew. I really don’t care for hot coffee, and while I’ve tried probably 10+ cold brew concentrates in the past, I’ve only managed to find 2 (Chameleon and Bizzy) that I feel have -just- the right strength, flavor, and consistency. Honestly, I can’t say that I’ve ever been impressed by the various cold brews I’ve tried from coffee shops either. So, I really gave up on making it at-home for a while because it was just so annoying to never get the perfect brew. I stumbled across these pre-ground course ground coffee specifically for cold brew and it revived my determination to achieve the cold brew of my dreams, once again. Perhaps it was due to lower expectations from my previous attempts, but to my surprise, I nailed it! Finally! THIS IS IT! Followed the suggested directions on the side of the bag, maybe a little longer if I’m feeling bold 😏, and Bam! Perfect cold brew every time! Truly, thank you Bizzy!
