This little box has been very useful for me. The metal body feels strong and gives a sense of security when I store my documents and small valuables. It comes with two keys which I really like because having a backup brings peace of mind. The lock turns smoothly and the lid opens wide enough to see everything without digging around. I bought this box a couple years ago. It's worked really well so far. Good size, sturdy and the lock mechanism, and keys work really well. Keys are sturdy too, no issues when trying to open the box. We use it for a small amount of cash and also for some documents. We know it's NOT fire-safe but it works well for our needs. It also includes a coin tray that is placed right on the top before you shut the lid. One other thing that I like is that it's very light; easy to carry around if you need to do that. I'd definitely purchase again if I needed another lock box!

Its pretty sturdy in a way. I use it to keep medication locked up, and I accidentally dropped it once, it came open after being locked. So, there's that little flaw. Other than that, I like it. Very functional and secure. Probably fireproof, but I'm gonna test that out! Value for money, I mean, yeah, it does the job. Just don't drop it when carrying it.

Its a box, it locks, functions lie its supposed to, the key locking mechanism works well. its a light weight metal box. not gun safe ever!!!! more like a medication safe.

Perfect size for what I needed. I bought this to start saving money with 100 envelopes challenge. I t keeps all 100 mini envelopes safe and still fits perfect. I love it.

I love all these little metal boxes. There are obviously drawbacks, like someone can just run off with it, but they work well and serve their purpose. I'm sure they can withstand some fire, but I wouldn't count on it. It is pretty sturdy, looks like the rest of these same generic money boxes. Value for the money is usually on spot. So it looks decent, fair value, and the mechanism to open and close. (As long as you don't lose the key like I did and now I have to pick the lock every time I need in it. So I advise you don't lose them, haha.) I will say that there is a slight smell to it, I believe it's from the plastic tray. I haven't tried washing it, but that may help with some sort of degreaser.
