Lovely, tiny little shredder for home. Micro-cut is great, makes confetti-like tiny spects out of the documents I shred. My favourite part is that this was SUPER easy to set up and use : just put the cover on top of the bin, plug in, and put in auto mode- voila, ready for perfect shredding! Just perfectly what I needed. Super compact but will have lots of time before I have to empty it with light home use.

I purchased this 'cross cut' shredder because the "strip cut" I had was useless I would have to go in after shredding and tear into smaller pieces. Checked amazon and found this shredder, I found it to be study construction, good price, prompt delivery and it shreds into tiny pieces so job done right away. It will shred credit cards (one at a time). I don't have a lot of shredding to do, but when I need to shred this product is perfect. I got used to shredding one piece of paper at a time on my old one so that is what I do with this one. As it shreds credit cards it will obviously shred more than one piece of paper at a time.

The product works well. It is a smaller, "slower" unit which is intended. This is what makes it affordable. It has a nice small footprint. So, if you have "smaller" amounts of papers to shred, or if you have a somewhat larger quantity but you can stagger your shredding events and still get things shredded, this is a very nice unit. I am glad I bought it - I have only used it about 5 times so far but it is perfect for what I am doing at home.
