Q: Does this have a prop 65 warning?

Q: Why is mines hard as a rock it's not stretchy or soft and gooey on any part of it ?

I have no idea, however I purchased several last Christmas and they ripped open oozing out the contents when stretched. I feel these our a major hazard for children.
