This thing is awesome! I suppose it might seem a little expensive, but for what it is it's probably the perfect price. Plus there really isn't anything else out there like it. I bought it before you can't find them anywhere because no one else makes one like it. It feels great and is exactly what I was looking for.

The workmanship is impressive. All rollers were smooth, and lathed from quality wood. Rollers, sides and handle were all defect-free. It was clear that care had been taken to select premium wood, with a heavy durable feel. Rollers construction is from layered wood, which I know from woodshop makes for stronger product, less likely to crack or warp over time. You will still need to keep this product in a climate controlled are, away from excessive moisture or heat. Should offer many years of use and many complements as to its beauty. I've only just started using it, and found it a bit uncomfortable to lay on, and was a bit sore the next day. I will keep trying for it does appear to be an effective way to strengthen and stretch joints if you can get past the discomfort of a hard wooden roller pressing against your weight. I wish they offered a padded roller to start of with. it comes with some felt pads for the contact points opposite the adjustable legs. The legs are plastic with a ball swivel so they will align to the floor. There were no pads for those, so good for carpeted floor, but I would recommend adding felt pads to those if you have hardwood floors. I have mine in a carpeted room for this reason, and because it is easier on your knees when getting onto the floor to use it. Optionally I take it out on my deck with a pad for my knees, though it obviously can't be left outside, or used if rainy or damp outside. In addition to the felt pads, an allen wrench and some extra parts are included, though these are spares for it arrives assembled and ready to go, with the exception of screwing on the legs, and handles which require no tools. Lastly there is a small jar containing a yellow substance. There is no mention of it or the rear arms, but it is nice they are included. I suspect the jar contains wax for lubricating the roller contacts should that be needed, or perhaps it is extra finish incase you scratch it and need to sand and reapply. I'm really not sure, though it does have a slight solvent smell to it, which I would not expect from meer wax. A quality product, and certainly worthy of a five star rating. I will leave it to you to determine the benefit to your back and joints that this might provide, for I'm sure that depends more on your body and preferences.

My husband and I are both on the bigger side and we have a hard time using this but I think it's more down to user error. The whole thing is really well made. There are no rough edges or unfinished parts, it looks great! I think if we used this on a daily or weekly basis it would become more comfortable and easier for us but we just don't really have the motivation for it. I would still definitely recommend this to anybody looking to buy it.
