This thing is great, compact , good ram, I'm going to upgrade the nvme soon to a 2tb, runs gta v 1080p 90hz, at a solid 90 fps, great mini pc for mid range gaming and productivity , you can't beat the price either, the only gripe , is the usb ports have a small amount of wiggle , not too bad , had good wifi speeds too! Highly recommend this for a budget setup !!!!! Update , also runs warzone great !,

I guess 3rd time's a charm after all! After a botched OOS on my first mini PC (Beelink) and a malfunctioning 2nd unit (MoreFine), I order this gem. First off, roughly double as powerful as the N305 from the 2nd unit, and the same TDP! 2nd, it just works. I am using this as a test bench for home automation, media server, and PiHole adblocker all through Proxmox, and it's been nothing but a champ. Been running non-stop and without reboots or hangs for just over a week now, and combined with the awesome Proxmox scripts website, I can easily build and test any LXCs and VMs to my heart's content. I can heartily recommend this unit if you are just starting out with VMs like myself, or if you just want a simple desktop/media room unit to play lightweight games and various media on it.

Very capable power house mini PC! I purchased the Ryzen 7 with a 500Gig drive in it and it's the perfect setup for my fiends entertainment system by far! It's simple to setup and within minutes I was in Win 11 Pro, the speed was very impressive. To note I'm not new to mini PC's as I run a Ryzen 5 system with Linux Mint loaded on it and it been running 24/7 for almost a year now! I did find that I had to disable sleep mode to NEVER in Windows Settings. Increase or disable sleep time: Navigate to Settings > System > Power & sleep and adjust the "When plugged in, PC goes to sleep after" setting to a longer duration or "Never". Other than that this system is a power house and well worth the money for it's size and how it sips power and offers FAST Wifi which we're using since day 1 and also Bluetooth for convenience!

upgraded from 8 year old desktop with gtx 1650S with 3 monitors. 2 1080p 1 2k. Also purchased portable usb4 1200p touch screen monitor as 4th screen on edge of desk with underdesk drawer for keyboard and mouse. 7840hs version. Nice things not mentioned in description: activated win11 pro, 2x16 5600 ram, bios overclock/underclock easy settings. Universal X86 Tuning support for override in windows. AMD chill and Fan Control are great apps. Noise level is extremely satisfactory. As other reviewer noticed, there is a low pitch hum. It does not get louder at full fan speed. I needed to detect it by putting ears 6 inches away pointed back, but I can still focus on it, retreating to 2 feet away. Sometimes, when fans are high, if I concentrate, I can detect it from 2.5 feet from front, but sometimes fail to detect it even if I'm focusing for it. Fans below 80% make noise undetectable. 4th desk edge display is great upgrade. win 11 has UI deficiency of not supporting vertical task bar, but activated windows can have just 1 task bar. touch screen is great for interfacing with it. Much easier than reaching for mouse. Makes it easy to finish setup while using old computer to transfer files with keyboard/mouse. It does require lifting your center back display with a book, and there is some neck strain looking at the top of that screen, but at high res, common apps set to low screen height, with "peek through" access to less common apps at top is great. For gaming, I only play Beyond All Reason (RTS). I can now play at AMD chill and Vsync limited 60fps at 1200p on high settings with temperatures staying below low 80C. Can play 1440p too, but temps will go over 90C, and fps in the 40s. UXTS helps with temps, but 1200p is fine. My desktop (slower 1600x processor) 1650s only offered 1080p. ran medium for 60fps. under linux required maximized window mode for 60fps. Geekbench doesn't use cpu/gpu at high rate, but good score in balanced. novabench had very high scores (and use full utilization). Good thermals. Most cores peak over 5100 or 5200mhz. I picked this model because it was on sale, though looking at previous week, some ryzen 9 models were more attractive. I am very happy with this model. I needed keyboard/mouse ports. 4 monitors. Oculink is nice expandability. Compared to $1000 more higher end mini PCs that lack 4th display, I could more than double their GPU/gaming performance with oculink solution. Who know if external NPUs/AI purposes will ever be useful to me. 2nd land port allows for SSH or remote desktop to my old PC for any older software I might avoid reinstalling, or extra compute power. hx370s miss these features. 7940hs was $90 more. 8945hs (or lower 8000 series) lower tdp could be nice, but NPU seems worthless. Still sales prices should determine, but extremely happy with this model.
