I have a hard time drinking enough water each day, and these has helped soooo much! It dissolves very easily compared to other brands i’ve used and is really good for headache pains to go away! They are great quality ingredients and are great for someone who can’t have caffeine! I am also keto so I love that there is a sugar free version!

This works for me, but I have to put some context. DO NOT MIX IN 16oz. GO FOR A FULL 32. Seriously, the flavor is too 'thick' for me, at anything LESS than 32. I often will empty two 500ml bottles into a 1.5L bottle, just to dilute it enough to not hit me with that intensity. ONCE I DO THAT, it's great for rehydrating. I live in the south, and I've ended up in NEED of this. Glad my friend suggestec it.

I use these to start hydrated while breastfeeding! Great taste and love there are no additives for color that are harmful. Dissolves easy gives a slight energy increase. Perfect for tired Mama’s! Make sure to drink this in addition to normal water regimen!

Love these packets while I breastfeed. The only issue I had, was dust came out of the pack when I took the packets out to organize them with my other hydration drinks. Tastes good and easy to mix!
