This is the best water based primer out there. I bought because Jeffery Starr reviewed and he was so right. It’s so smooth and makes your skin look younger. I do use TARTE Amazonian foundation and it’s perfection together. No filter on my photo. I tried the MILK hydro grip primer and it made my face shiny and greasy looking. This is much much better primer.

I love wearing this as a base before the make-up and even on a make-up care-free day. It’s very light and feels and looks amazing on your face and skin. It makes your skin glow nicely! Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
