I was looking for a way to connect my laptop to a Valve Index VR headset. My computer only had a HDMI, USB, and Mini Display Port connection. After doing research I discovered that the VR headset would only work by using a Mini Display Port to Display Port converter. The VR headset needed a 1.2 DP, but the 1.4 DP seems to work after testing the converter. Highly recommend this connector if you need a way to connect your Valve Index to a midi connection on your computer. Thanks!

Work well with all sorts of docks and videos cards, even the surface docks and surfaces which sometimes have issues with display ports.
