Great item but do your research first before buying
I love it! Fits me perfectly. Item exactly as described, used but indistinguishable from new. Techzone will be my first port of call when looking for other Bhaptics kit. Note to future buyers thinking of buying the Tactsuit Pro. Make sure to do your research prior to buying. I have a top end spec PC, PS5, PSVR2 and Quest 3 so I get maximum use of the suit and it fits into my gaming setup. I did a lot of googling and watching Youtube reviews so I knew what I was getting. The suit enhances VR, its more of a subtle effect than a wow effect. In essence, if you're already in love with VR then this will take it up a notch. £500+ is a lot of money to spend, so just be sure you know what you're getting into.

Setup was surprisingly smooth. I’ve tested it with a few shooters and rhythm games, and the feedback is incredibly responsive. You can literally feel every shot, explosion, or beat drop. It adds a whole new layer of realism that makes VR feel more alive. If you enjoy VR and want to make it even more fun and immersive, this vest is definitely worth checking out. It’s not the cheapest accessory, but compared to other VR gear, it offers great value.

Works great but if you want to use this to enhance your music don't bother audio to haptic needs a lot of work, it's just not there yet.

Died after ONE SINGLE USE. And if you're a developer - their SDK tools are abhorrently bad. I purchased 3 and one died after a single use. This company doesn't know how to make reliable hardware - and software? They must've ChatGPT'd spaghetti code from the 3.5 model because it is keyboard-bangingly frustrating to set up. You HAVE to use their website GUI which is where most of the problem stems from. Their GUI is just awful. Just. Awful. No wonder there are hardly any games that natively support bHaptics. The power button on the back? Breathe and you'll hit it with air pressure. Power button on the front? You can enable 'button lock' which does absolutely nothing because you can still power it on and off because the software literally doesn't work. Also god forbid you decide to wear anything over the vest, you'll be wearing dead weight inside. They expect this to be the final layer with nothing on top not even a sweater. Haptic actuator response time? It comes with about 1-2 second latency. How you even manage that with modern BLE radios is criminal. It comes with an aux cable because it NEEDS an aux cable. The Tactsuit x40 was far superior, I've had 3 and all 3 still charge and power on just fine. This new product is embarrassing. This company has become embarrassing. Audio to Haptic feedback (where it uses audio to automatically generate haptic events) is still awful, even starting it and getting it to work takes 30 minutes and numerous app restarts/vest power on/off's and hope it doesn't crash even when connected via aux cable. With natively supported games, haptic vests are great, when this product actually manages to not crumble on itself from its awfully designed PCB and horse-glued solder connections and onboard software written by a child. I am extremely disappointed that this is even sold for a price, its literally worth nothing. Go for literally any other haptic vest and you'll find the hardware actually lasts.
