Why sell something in the UK that cant be used, doesn't mention anywhere that its 110V

I came across this product looking for something, anything, that would blow air under the covers. I am going through menopause and it’s brutal. The only thing I can find is very expensive ($400+) and elaborate with things I don’t want. I found this with a room temperature fan and decided to give it a try. Just arrived today and I am testing it out. It works. It’s blowing air that is cooling and drying because it’s room temperature. The fan speed is low, wish I could adjust for more air. Also a little bit noisy but not too bad. I think I could sleep with it going. But I will take anything at this point. And longer softer hoses to point to specific areas would be nice. Can someone make one for menopause and make a few minor improvements? It’s completely doable. I think they would sell well! I know I would be first in line. With all the cooling blankets and such for us in menopause I am surprised there is to more out there.
