NordicTrack Stability Ball

I thought I was ordering a weighted stability ball. A weighted ball doesn't roll away when you get off it. As I look at the description, I see it doesn't actually say that it is weighted. My own fault.I give it less than 5 stars because the pump included is a total joke. Seriously, it is about 6" long. If I had used it, I would have died of old age by the time I got the ball inflated. Fortunately this is not my first ball, and I have a foot pump that works better.For those who are disappointed with the size, you need to inflate it more over time. Measure the circumference as you inflate. You have to keep adding air long after you are sure it will blow up in your face. That is the case with any of these balls, no matter who makes them.

Ball is good quality. Comes with a pump so don't buy one if you don't need it. Ball had 3 different sizes. I was expecting this size to be larger than it was. Read other reviews on size they seem to be accurate. The ball does blow up to exactly size advertised though. Just keep pumping takes some effort with pump it comes with

As is true with all things in life, you pay for what you get. This ball WAS and IS the cheapest there is. It is super lopsided which hasn't been too bad for exercising or sitting on but if you wanted to use it for anything else good luck...

Due to my schedule, I wasn't making it to the gym, they were still taking the membership fees from my bank account every month, then I decided this doesn't make sense. I could be using this money towards purchasing my own home gym. EVERYBODY uses the ball. at the beginning it takes some getting use to because it's exercise itself just learning how to balance and position yourself on the ball without constantly falling off. It comes with a list of positions to try to work different parts of your body.

The pump they sent with it didn't work. So I had to go out to Walmart and but a new pump. The ball works ok...

The pump they give you will give you a great workout and your arms will be sore the next couple days. Save yourself the hassle and use an electric pump (an air mattress pump works perfectly!). Otherwise, it blows up to proper demensions. There are no other issues with the ball. It does leak some air out, which requires a couple pumps once in a while.

i followed directions while inflating. after only a few uses a large bulge appeared. not sure if its a lemon or what. the seller did refund fairly promptly.

This is the first time I have purchased an exercise ball and it actually worked the way it was supposed to. The insert in the box has directions on exactly how big to air up the ball. The pump that comes with it is very handy.
