So its like a wafer / cookie. It tastes really good, and from what i see much better than Gu. I used two on my most recent bike ride for the first time last week. Its not as easy to open and eat as your riding like a Gu packet (it a thin, slightly sticky cookie so it kinda crumbles into chunks and such) so its better for when you are not moving. Tastes really good and sweet (like me). It kept my energy up as i was on the ride.
