Love this pedometer! It’s super easy to use- no apps, no setup, no fuss. Just clip it on and start walking. I looked at pics of me after a holiday and thought I need to do something ! A friend used hers while we were on holiday and was impressed by how many steps we achieved so I purchased one. This gadget is helping, i feel motivated to do more , I have downloaded exercise videos for over 50's , the workouts are simple ,effective with the steps being added on plus dog walking , its early days as I've only used it for 2 days but have achieved over 5k steps and aim to do more ,very happy with the purchase , easy to use , just press reset to start for the next day , has a blue back light which is handy ,I use the cord to hang like a necklace as I'll forget , you can also clip it on clothes but happy with cord.
