Easy to install. The toliet no longer leaks.

Through my own error this product did not fit my toilet (a Kohler 4404 model). They were very quick to respond to my request for a return and didn't gripe nor complain (I've mistakenly ordered something in the past due to vague descriptions and other companies have tried to place blame). I'd order from them again, unfortunately they did not list the part I wanted. Return was very easy.

Had a unit that was 5 years old with a very slow air leak. This replacement until fit like a glove, and completely resolved my issue.

it started leaking 2 months after installation. Now Amazon says I can't return it!!!!! BS

This is replacement unit for one gone bad.

First the bad: No instructions, included so you has to hit youtube. My model 503 just fits on my kholer toilet, you probably need the smaller size. If you have my issue: Install the hose that goes to the water line first, the hose comes attached to the other side of the tank, but on my toilet the hole and the hose dont line up, so just pull it, it would come off, (not from the top) once you install the house, now install the tank, take your time, dont rush, if you are getting frustrated, stop check your email and come back. 2-Put the universal flush kit together fiirst then attached it, you will need at least 4 washers, under the screws or it would keep flushing as the fit is too close to the spring and it will keep it down. 3-once you are good, loose the screw in the middle fiddle with it until you know is loose enough that almost touch the mechanism. 4-Tight the pressure valve, with your thumbs do not over tight, just tight enough. 5- turn the water on, it will preasurerize , if keeps making a gargling sound, the flushing mechanism is too close to the middle valve, just put another washer on all the 4 sides it needs to be hight. This product is awesome..! Hope it helps

install wasn’t bad and it works

I had a toilet that flushed slow, I tried to install this into the toilet and it did not fit, so I changed my toilet with a low cost toilet then then installed the flushmate into the new toilet and it made a low cost toilet into a high end toilet. Pay very close attention to the type of toilet you buy. I had to do some rigging to make it work, but my situation was really hard to fit into the spot, so my options were limited.
