This stuff is great. So useful to protect my scar after surgery from sunlight and the elements. Stays on for longer than any other brand that I’ve tried.

Does silicone really work for scars? Research papers say yes, but the effect is probably modest at best. But it’s probably the only thing you can do! This product is sticky and will stay on for at least a week (even in the shower) — It’s durable and comfortable

Wonderful product. Better price than at the local pharmacy. However regardless of price this is essential for anyone with that does not want to get a large scar from a surgery. My wife unfortunately has had 2 major surgeries (one on her abdomen and one on her neck) and we used this stuff on her surgical sites and you can tell a dramatic difference over time. Keep in mind this does take time and patience as the wound still has to heal, but it protects the scar from the sun (important for scar prevention) and seems to greatly improve the size, texture and appearance of the scar. It won't eliminate it from our experience, but it will improve it. Anyway, highly recommend and worth the money! Hope to never have to use this again, however would buy if needed.

It seems to live up to its claims. However, I got a little nervous that it might be sticking too much when I removed it. I recommend along with my doctor, put some vitamin E or other medication on the area before covering it allowing for enough sticky area beyond the scarring. I like the way it protects from the sun which can increase scarring.

My plastic surgeon recommended these by name. The adhesive is great as lasted almost a week. I was able to cut these to the size that I needed versus paying more for a smaller size. Search around on Amazon and buy the larger size , it is a little cheaper.

This is worth it. I used this for after surgery on my scar. Changing every 24 hrs. So it was a little costly as I did this for 2 months but it was so worth the cost because my scar looks so much better than had I not !!!
