Great product, but CAREFUL! ---- Picture on website gives impression this is two cartridges in one box (maybe it used to be), but in fact HP now shrink-wraps two single-cartridge boxes together. But each box is still labeled "2" cartridges so it can be read through the shrink wrap. ---- Order picker will see your order for quantity "1" of the two-pack, but sees "2" on the box, tear open the shrink wrap, and send you one. This has happened to me twice now in total of six orders. What a hassle to send back and hope the "replacement" of this order will send the proper two-pack. Will not order through Amazon anymore but go to the store. Very expensive product but not cheaper on Amazon, just (theoretically) easier.

I realised a few years ago that cheap colour printers always and without fail will let you down, especially if you use third party ink or toner. So I bought an HP M402dne for my small home business. It's a simple black only printer, with no scanner, no colour, nothing but basic high quality printing. It's the best decision I have ever made! (well almost). It never lets me down. Ever. And these high capacity toners are just wonderful. They last forever with no fouling or smearing or paper creasing or funny noises. Everything just works. It's quite a lot to lay out, especially in comparison to the cheap printers you see in Asda, but definitely worth it over time, even for normal domestic use. Beware, there are lots of fake HP toners on the market. Shop carefully, and if possible, try to get the seller to send you a photo of the packaging so you can use your QR scanner on your phone to see if it's an authentic product. I did have an issue when I bought this toner from Amazon, namely I bought a twin pack but they sent me only one toner. I spoke with them on the phone and said if they gave me a 50% refund I would keep it, but the member of staff said the best she could give me was 20%! This obviously made no sense, as I had only received 50% of my goods, and in the end a manager agreed to a 50% refund, so all was good.
