These are definitely not toys!! They have crazy power!
These according to YouTube vids are the strongest air impact 1" wrenches you can buy. I don't doubt it either. I haven't used the long anvil much yet but there were some Allen Head bolts that hold the cap on the end of the main boom cylinder on my John Deere 437e Knuckleboom Loader that I needed to get out. I threw everything at them I had on 2 service trucks, including Harbor Freight and Chicago Pneumatic 1" guns, and they wouldn't budge. Even broke several impact pieces and still no budge... They used 17mm allen heads and im not that familiar with metric sizes that big but thats a big bolt, probably over an inch and a quarter if they were sae. My short anvil Ingersoll 2850 was at home and I brought it the next day.... I already had owned it a year before buying the long anvil.... It ripped them all right out at about 130 psi and hooked to only 3/8" fittings (although I do have 30 gallon 2 stage portables on service trucks, I need to upgrade my plumbing)! With 3/8" connections they will out perform any impact I have ever touched! When you plumb them to my big Speedaire 7hp 80 gallon 2 stage at my shop where there is nothing smaller than 1/2" carrying the air then they truly go into Mega Beast mode! I mean get in, sit down, shut up, and hang on!! They also easily peel the lock nut off the shaft inside those cylinders and they require a 3.5" socket. Lugs on road tractor and trailer wheels are childs play for these impacts, short or long. Look at the pic, I know, I have them both! They are crazy light as well. And, they have their triggers on the handle interior, which is so much better than having that snake trigger ready to strike on the exterior! Take it from me.....30 years in logging business and working on my heavy equipment.... you can't go wrong with these impacts!!

Yes this gun is awesome!!!
I'm a heavy equipment mechanic and I purchased this 1" drive impact to remove excavator counter weight bolts, rusted track pad bolts and Volvo A30 hull truck lugs. Let's just say I'll never need to borrow the 1" community shop gun ever again! This thing has some amazing torque and seems built to last a very long time. My service truck has a 3/8" air hose that I run all my air tools with but I've added a second 1/2" hose just for this beast! It works perfectly! I'm pretty sure Ingersoll recommends a 3/4" hose for this impact but that's an awful big hose and I'm not to sure how my compressor would keep up with that. I would say I'm still getting 99% of this impacts torque with the 1/2" hose though. This gun is still weighty but compared to other 1" impacts in the same class it's extremely light weight. I also love how I can position the handle in any position needed for the job. I believe this gun is now tied with my Milwaukee fuel 3/4 impact for favorite tool! Love my Ingersoll air tools and my Milwaukee M18 battery tools!! Ingersoll Rand's 2850max is a 5 star tool all the way!!!!!

Great buy gets stuck lugs off our semis with ease
Got for my husband . We own semis and it gets stuck lights off where his one inch Milwaukee couldn’t even touch it . Good buy good quality . We run a 1 inch air hose from a igrisol Rand . Saves a lot of time and my husband back

Very light
The air flow of my compressor is very strong and this pistol does not have the necessary strength to do the job Was embarrassing for me to have to tell the my costumbre to let me use his impact gun to be able to remove the tires from his truckThe only positive thing is that it weighs absolutely nothing but is unable to do the job.

My 8 year old grandson could handle this one.
I am liking it so far I have only done about 20 wheel sets with this gun and has easily handled everything. First couple sets that I did I did get my torque wrench with multiplier and clicked all at 600 because the gun seems so light I'm working so easily. I tried to put 400 to 600 lb on wheel lugs unlike most tire guys to see if they can get it's really really tight. I find myself wanting to put a steel wrapper around it to make it heavier. Lightest tire gun I ever owned. The back twist when you hit a tight lug is quite a bit less than other guns but still doing the job. Will not say that I love this gun yet because it's only been in operation for a month I will wait until it gets to a year and see if it handles the mother of all lugs. Rite now I just really like and I'llhopping to take it to the next level

Just awesome just oil everyday
I took a chance on buying this gun based on all the hype of the brand and the proce drop and let me tell you!! I have been doing semi tire with a cheap brand that I got a year ago and it did well never failed but now that I am able to upgrade i did And this gun its lighter and it kicks really soft and the sound its just way quieter it did starve my 30 gal single stage gas conpressor rather quick. So i guess I will be on the market for a 2 stage soon to keep up with this gun, I paired it with a milton 1/2 coupler and it did the job I will give it 5 stars just because it is a night and day difference and its a joy to use Only pronlem I had was installing the handle I had to get my tap and dye set out and clean the threads both on the hamdle and the bolts after that it was a breeze Did I mention how light it is !!! Man this is worth every penny Wish it came with a case tho :( like the cheap ones

Went to use this for the first time and the bolts were missing to put the clamp handle on. So we had to find some bolts for that. Finally started to use it but after the second nut was taken off and the impact was set down, it starts to turn on its own. Tried flipping the trigger but just keeps on turning. For a manufacture to boast about how great their products are, I wouldn't give you 2 cents for this one. I sure don't recommend ingersoll rand which was supposed to be so good.
