If you're not in a hurry this is awesome. The first set of toner didn't work and I had to return it and get a new one but all of that went perfectly well and the second set works fine

Followed the instructions carefully when installing cartridge. Would not print properly. Tried a few prints with same results. Did troubleshooting through ChatGPT and it said the cartridge is bad and a common problem with no name budget cartridges like this. I jumped through a bunch of hoops for ChatGPT and sent it multiple pics to try and diagnose the problem. This is it's assessment: This cartridge arrived with a defect that kept the internal shutter from opening, so no toner ever reached the drum. The printer produced only very faint gray output, and it wouldn’t run any cleaning or calibration cycles with this cartridge installed. Reinstalling the old HP cartridge wasn’t an option because it was completely empty and the printer refused to print with it. Once this defective unit was removed, it was clear the problem was with the cartridge itself. I will attempt to return it and steer clear of generic cartridges from now on.

Received the toner used the black and didn't use my yellow until now and its out of time to return but it does not work currently the black worked ok I haven't use the other colors yet because they have not run out yet. I tried to get a hold of someone just to replace just the yellow and I cannot get ahold of anyone to replace the yellow. I hope the others work when they run out. Now I have to buy more and just need one replacement at this time just needed someone to talk to and no luck. When you get the automated there is no choice for my problem and just send me in circles.
