DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! VOIDED WARRANTY AND BROKE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF USE!
This laptop has been altered from the factory, voiding the warranty. After 2 months of use, the screen went blank. I was able to use an external monitor to see the desktop, but the built in screen did not work. When I contacted HP since it was a brand new laptop, I was informed that since the memory had been upgraded, the warranty was void and I was SOL. So I decided to take it to a local computer shop who determined that the motherboard was bad, and I could replace the screen but no guarantees that the motherboard would work. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Do not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!! Shoddy work and no recourse when the product breaks after the return period. CHINESE SCAM!
