Fantastic in EVERY respect!!! This Marcato Biscuit Maker is strong, well made and works just as it should! This is an original Marcato and not a cheap imitation and as always Marcato lives up to its high quality name! I have made many batches of delicious biscuits now and every single batch has been perfect! Utube was very useful for seeing it in action and for tips.
