Great resistance bands. I saw someone using them on Instagram, and I was curious to purchase them for myself. Good quality and durable. They stay put and won't roll or twist on you, as some other do.

These bands are great and provide a lot of resistance. Versatile bands that you can use to make your current regiment more challenging. One of the best things about these bands is that the resistance level is written on each band. Such a simple thing really makes the workout better. I am impressed with the quality of the bands and the customer service. When I ordered these bands I was in the middle of a move and the company sent me another set of bands free of charge immediately once they realized the first set was at my old address. Many companies do not provide this type of customer support. Thank you!

First let me say, I love love LOVE these bands. They are durable, extremely portable and just what I needed to work on a persistent piriformis issue as well as a shoulder issue. I was therefore disappointed when my order arrived and I was missing the "light" resistance band. Instead I received two of the heavy bands. So I contacted customer service and seriously - WITHIN HOURS of my emailing, I was in direct contact with a rep who handled my problem politely and most of all - effectively! Thank you, Natalie A. for getting me the missing band. I will not hesitate to buy from this company in the future. In fact, I will seek them out!

High quality and sturdy. I purchased another set from a different company for my boyfriend (because he loved this set). I wanted a dude colored set for him. That was a mistake. They were flimsy and thin. I like these bands because they are thick. This makes them not only more durable, but also less inclined to rolling and bunching. They're also very pretty colors =) We're just gonna have two pastel sets!

I really like using these bands at home and doing specific exercise videos with them. I've used them for leg, arm, back and other workouts. The bag makes it convenient to bring to the gym as well. I really like the different levels of resistance. They haven't stretched out at all after using them frequently. They have all kept the shape and resistance. One thing I did notice is the smell of the bands lingers on your hands and skin. Its just a rubber type scent. Other than that I really have enjoyed these resistance bands. The colors are also really cute.

I can't believe I waited so long to try resistance bands! Due to COVID-19, our gym was closed and we had to find out a way to exercise at home. It was so good that it's going to be part of our routines even with gyms open! I had to look up workouts and exercises with them because the instructions with these are kind of terrible but the actual bands have been durable and easy. If you have wider thighs like my wife you may want to find a band that rolls less, but that's our only complaint. None have snapped even with hard use. There's good progression in the sizes. Overall a really great buy.

I liked these bands when they arrived. In a nice bag to hold them, no bad smell to them like chemicals. But I’m really disappointed that one band broke my second week using it. Just snapped randomly, no previous breaks at all. They also roll a lot on the legs, but most bands do. But beware that they may break

So far so good! I just used two of them today and they have nice resistance. I think I prefer the fabric ones just because they are wider but these ones seem really good!
