the price was reasonable and the unit works very well. I wish the steam part would stay on longer. But it was worth the money, gets the clothing nicely ironed. Need to buy the stand next.

Ok so far! Not perfect, you would still need to iron the collar, arms, and other little parts. It still cuts the ironing time down significantly. Very odd, only English and Farsi language setting and no way to disable it. Also no way to disable the beeping, it sounds like a car backing up (very loud!!!) Pretty expensive for what it is, it keeps heat in but it could be better. Easy to use

Still trying to figure out the process—I keep pressing wrinkles into my clothing. I do believe with time I will figure it out

I almost gave it a 5 star but for 2 cons. The lid doesn't stay open! It falls as soon as you lift it, which is dangerous if you are trying to move larger fabrics to iron every part, because of the heat. Also, I would have liked a sturdier handle. I had a previous one which has taken a beating but still works after 12 years - the handle is metal. I bought this unit because of the larger surface coverage, but having to iron 20 to 30 tablecloths every event, I'm not sure how long this handle will last. I think it is perfect for the home, when you don't have as many items to iron. That said, I am giving a 5star++ for excellence in client service - the seller went above and beyond to replace a broken part (my fault) all the way from China to me in Ghana! Thank you again Laciel! 😊🙏

Returned it. It is slower than an iron and doesn't work as well. Wrinkles were still there after use.
