This is a great aid for hydration
If you are not yet using hypertonic you should be. It doesn't matter who you are it is so good for your health. The body needs salt and the minerals from deep in the ocean are very good for you including the natural magnesium. It tastes good and it's totally worth the price. I used to buy the ones from Quinton and I still recommend those as well but they're very expensive to get in America and this comes in one big bottle so you always have it on hand. Whenever I open a new bottle of water I always pour a little bit of this in to Aid with the hydration and my mineral intake.

El agua está bien, el problema es que te hacen un cobro extra diciéndote que tú pedido llegará a cierta fecha y no es así, tardan entre 8 y 10 dias para que llegue tu pedido, por lo demás es agua de mar limpia sin mal sabor, porsupuesto salada.
