I recently had a repair scare with my usual machine, so I decided to buy a backup just in case. This one was VERY affordable and had a decent review rating. I've been using it more and I love how light it is compared to my old machine. My only complaint is the placement of the pause & forward/reverse buttons is a little awkward. But otherwise it works well and I haven't noticed any significant heat when I use it for a while. I love that it shows the battery charge so I know when to recharge it and the USB C charging port is very convenient.

Excellent for beginners! The ability to control the speed so closely is fantastic. However, the sanding bands that they send with it are extremely rough. They shouldn’t be used for anything other than debunking acrylics. I used them on my gel polish and was lucky I have experience with dremels as they tore through the gel aggressively. I even made my cuticles bleed which is something I haven’t done in years. When you go to buy different sanding bands, look for a very high grit, the higher the grit, the gentler the sanding. Just like when buying sand paper. Definitely go low and slow while first trying all the bits. There are a ton of tutorials to teach you how to use each of the different ones. The small round ball bit is my favorite for around my cuticles and side walls. When used at 12,000RPMs (level 12 on the display screen), it gently removes dry skin from the nail and makes it very easy to smooth down dead skin on the sides that could become a hang nail. The heat level is dependent on the speed and how long you hold the bit in any specific place. If it feels hot, slow the speed and use quicker motions when working on that area. I am so impressed with this product. It’s so easy to handle, it’s very stylish in appearance, and it’s relatively quiet. Being cordless makes it easy to store it anywhere. It’s the perfect size and I love the easy Forward and Reverse button on the side. This allows me to easily change the direction the bit is spinning so I can rotate my nail however I need to and I don’t have to turn off the drill before switching. Super happy with it. And I cannot believe it was so inexpensive.

This is such an amazing nail drill! This is perfect for beginners and is very easy to use and control. It has a great battery life and leaves your nails with a nice polished look. I love how it tells you how many RPMs you are using!

Wow, this product is amazing. It came nicely packaged, it’s heavy duty, it came with all the components listed in the description and it’s powerful! I spent several weeks researching electric nail drills and comparing them as well as reading reviews before selecting this one. I love that it comes from a reputable long standing company (started in 2009) with brick and mortar salons in California. They offer products for beginners, intermediate creators and professional nail techs. It’s not too big and not too small, the drill itself fits perfectly and comfortably in your hand. It has nice weight to it and you can feel the quality of it. It’s also really quiet, I expected it to be louder but it’s very quiet. So far I haven’t experienced and over heating of either the machine, the handheld drill or on my natural nail while shaping and cuticle care. It even came full charged! The LED screen is great and displays all the important information you need without being too busy. It holds a charge very well. The instruction manual explains each of the drill bits with an explanation of what they are for. I suggest using the lowest speed with the round tip on your cuticles to get a good feel for getting accustomed to it. So far this is a fantastic product that I fully recommend. I’ll come back in a couple months to provide an update!

This E-file is awesome for a beginner like myself. It is easy to use and the battery lasts a long time. Since I am a beginner, it takes me quite a while to do both hands and the battery lasts multiple sessions before it gets down to one bar of battery life. I do wish the cord was a little longer and the clear piece that holds the drill was a bit more snug but overall this was a good purchase!

Noise level friendly. Heat level is good. Great for beginners. Very functional. Good cord length. Great value for money not too expensive.

super professional and efficient especially for the price you pay! heat isn't a problem unless you hold it in one spot which is user error anyways. strong powerful spin and it comes with a bunch of extra sanding bands, they are all pretty course though so id also get some finer grit ones. average level of noise and easy to use

Ik had hem minder plastic verwacht! De pen is een mooie kleur wou dat hij zo was. Heb me eraan mispakt! Gaat maar tot 30rpm. En die draad krolt altyd in de knoop. Ben blijer met mijn echte draadloze Makartt die draait 35rpm en is zo handig! Heb er ng 2 van makartt ik ben verslaafd hèhè. Kdacht 1tje van melody susie.....valt me wat tgn... maar is mooi he.
