This lock was easy to install, and worked great! It did drain the double A batteries fairly quickly, but not too bad. Very easy to use and worked great, until all of a sudden after 3 months it just completely stopped working and responding. Contacted customer support for Arpha, they answered on the first ring, were very friendly and helpful. Within a few hours of calling they emailed to tell me they are sending me a replacement free of charge. Good product Excellent customer service

Installed this keyless door lock on our front door, and so far so happy with it. Was easy to install, fit right over last regular deadbolt lock we had. If you follow the instructions for setup, it works perfectly. It can be a little confusing, but I just referred to the instructions step by step, and works like I was wanting for setting up. The code, the app, adding for spouse and kids, and love that I can unlock from my phone. So if my hands are full, which is often, getting out of vehicle, I can first unlock my door and then load up and walk in easily with no need to pull out a key.

Easy to install and easy to set up. I also installed the app and connected to it. With the app, I can lock and unlock just by holding down the button in the app, or I can just input the code to it to unlock it. I can add more than 1 code and did added 8 codes, each family members with its own memorized code. Family easily transitioning into keyless entry and will have no need of key. They can now leave the key in the car in case the door malfunctioned. Very easy to open and the build quality is of top quality durable metal! Highly recommend!

Really mixed on this one. It’s a good, well made product. Straight forward installation. Problem we had was with copied keys. The keys we had made at Ace are minutely thicker causing it to jam in the lock and break off.

It's great. It fits my door perfectly. It takes a little time to install it, but it goes smoothly on the whole. It can be controlled by app, and the password can be set. I don't have to bring my key when I go out. This year best.
