Better than the other sports drink in taste as well as ingredients.

I work in the yard a lot, and often get dehydrated. This is a great way to add some flavor to a bottle of water plus give your body the electrolytes that it needs. The packet of powder smells like cotton candy, but has 0 sugar, which I love. The berry crunch flavor is really good, when you compare it to Gatorade or other hydration drinks. You get 10 packets in the box. The directions say mix one packet with 8-16 oz of water, based on your desired taste. I mixed it in a regular 16.9 oz bottle of water, and it was still strong enough to really taste the flavor. It dissolved rather quickly (less than 30 seconds of shaking) and I enjoyed the flavor. The next time I have to go work in the yard, I’ll have this along side of me and look forward to drinking it.

These are individual packets with easy tear opening. The mix is a light pink, fairly coarse powder Makes a cloudy pink liquid. Not all the components dissolve, or they take longer than I was willing to wait. A small amount of white powder was left over. Bitter taste as soon as it hits the tongue. Lets up pretty quickly though. Berry flavor is minimal. I find the taste unpleasant, but easy enough to overcome. Feels a bit harsh in the throat. I like that the Vitamin B12 is Methylcobalamin as opposed to Cyanocobalamin, but differences are minor. It has a good variety of electrolytes, vitamins, and amino acids. Each packet weighed about 8g, and is supposed to contain 7g so that checks out.
