I am 66 years old was waking up between 2:00 & 3:00 am every morning and not able the fall back to sleep. Read reviews about Unisom ordered product and it has been working from the first night. I am now sleeping thru the night 7-8 hours. Set up monthly subscription.

This is my night-safer during pregancy! I started to have sleeping problem and nausea in early pregancy and my OBGYN recommend this. It's very effective. My OBGYN suggested to start with half a pill before bedtime. Sometimes I found it worked better with a full pill. It's a case-by-case situation. 80 tablets is a value pack. Good choice!

I had to stop taking my other sleep meds due to being pregnant. So these were about my only option. They seem to work fairly well. They are easy to take, very small pills. Ive never noticed much of a taste from the pill.

I also felt very tired and unfocused after waking up. Overall, it did not meet my expectations as a sleep aid

First day I tried it, slept like a baby but woke up groggy. However, I woke up a 2 am with terrible stomach pains and was in the bathroom all night. This continued for 3 days, I was in terrible pain and going in and out of the bathroom all day and night, and it only stopped after I stopped taking these sleep tablets. Be wary of the potential side effects!! I will not be recommending.
