This test may have saved my life. I’ll be going in for a procedure requiring a medication which could have (literally) killed me if I had not seen on my report that I am ultra high metabolizer. That one piece of information also answered so many other questions I’ve had — now I know why some medications don’t work for me. Otherwise, I don’t hang my hat on the results. I did not run to my doctor with fears of pancreatic cancer, but I know to be on the lookout for symptoms. This is a great package which provides monthly updates and allows additional reports to be run at no cost. There are a couple of pay reports that are interesting (I highly recommend the Medication report). Be prepared for it to take a couple of months to get your results back — this is not some flimsy test with overnight results.

I got this because of my family's health history. There is a lot of information to go through but I liked that they have a chat you can ask directly about the information your viewing, that made so much easier. Also, they have AI reports you can focus on specific topics. Like heart health, cancer risk, autoimmune disorders, and medication response (those were my top interests. Thankfully nothing super serious showed up, though I did find out I have MTHFR after that mutation showed up and brought it to my doctor. switched my vitamins/diet and made a huge difference. I didn't realize that there are new discoveries too so having continuous updates is great especially if something scary is discovered I can immediately take action with my doctor. The test was easy too! it's just a cheek swab, all pretty straight forward. A little pricey but other companies I researched before this one don't cover the same stuff and definitely aren't as in depth.

It's been months since I mailed my kit in, and the website doesn't show any results for my DNA. This was an enormous waste of money and I can't even get that back

This DNA testing kit helped me find the cause of a complex auto immune response that would happen at random throughout my childhood. When I was much younger it would be extremely painful and I could never find the precise cause even after visiting multiple specialists (Allergy, GI, Neurologist, Geneticist). This test would have changed my childhood if I could have accessed that information and interpreted it 15 years earlier.

I did my test thru Nebula genomics which is now sequencing.com. I paid over $500 for the test plus LIFETIME updates. I was getting monthly updates until the "takeover" (same people in charge) and now they are refusing to allow me to get updates and say I have to pay again. I give two stars because it was a fine service before they took away something I paid for and was promised for a lifetime.

Bought the kit on Amazon and couldn’t be happier. The team was super helpful whenever I had questions, and the reports were easy to understand and full of useful information. Definitely worth it!

This is almost useless. They nickel and dime you into paying more and more for software to read your test. It preys on people you are just looking for help.
