I bought this Puzzle Potato Tesla Box as a Valentine’s gift for my husband, and it has been a huge hit. He has been working on it for quite a while now, which says a lot about how engaging and challenging it is. The quality is impressive. The wood feels solid and well crafted, and the box has a nice weight to it. It feels substantial in your hands, not light or flimsy. All of the components fit together smoothly, and the construction feels durable. The challenge level is perfect. It is not something you solve quickly, but it is also not frustrating in a bad way. It keeps you thinking and coming back to it. Overall, this is a creative, high quality brain teaser that makes an amazing gift. The craftsmanship, weight, and overall design really stand out. I am so glad I chose this and would definitely purchase again.

Fantastic challenge and the electronics are the cherry on top. This is a very innovative and clever puzzle The materials and fit of all the parts is top notch and where they have to move it's done so smoothly. This was very enjoyable, although at times head scratching. To be honest, when I really became stuck I did not hesitate to reference the hints to get back on track. It's the kind of project with many Ah-ha moments. A bit of a higher price point than others but it does boast quality, complexity.and a circuit board with working electronics. It's not instant gratification but I wouldn't want it to be, Where than would be a true puzzle experience? A clever surprise awaits at the end. I eagerly await more Puzzle Potato offerings. Highly recommend!

Oh, this is a great puzzle. One that I wish I could do for the first time again. Great discoveries…fantastic mechanism. Keeps you sharp! Oh, and the reward at the end is simply sublime.

I purchased this to give to my wife as the final part of a puzzle box based Christmas adventure. I realize that at $70 USD, it might seem expensive to some, but understanding the puzzle box community and knowing exactly how in depth and expensive some of these can get, the Tesla Box by Puzzle Potato hits a pretty sweet spot of awesomeness for value. I would defiantly recommend this for a lover of puzzles and clue boxes. It is a well thought out, well crafted sequential discovery box that even had her scratching her head. There are a few difficult challenges that will make you really use your memory. The sense of discovery around each turn. The brick walls just to go... AH!! Shifting the pieces around is easy and it was extremely well crafted and put together. Compared to similar size puzzle boxes, I'd say this one is pretty darn amazing with the addition of magnets and electrical components. Final verdict. 10/10. The only thing that will light up more than the box will be your eyes as you find yourself falling into the sense of awe and wonder. The ooh's and ahh's that were heard as she spent hours solving it made it 100% worth it in my opinion.

Purchased as a birthday gift for our 20 something nephew. He solved in a little over an hour. If you are thinking of putting money or a gift card in the box just know you must solve the puzzle then put it back in it’s original form or you will have messed it all up. It’s a really cool gift and makes an interesting piece on a desk, table, or shelf. The price is a little high because once it’s done it really is just a dust collect unless you set it back and have people over that want to solve it. Interesting conversation piece all in all. I deducted a star because of the price.

Amazing combination of mechanical and electrical puzzles! Hours of fun for me and my daughter. Once we finished it, I made a simple modification to the "lid" so that we could enjoy the surprise inside the box any time. Highly recommend.

Got this for my godson, an engineering student in college. it was great. he spent ~4 hours on it and was riveted. it is expensive, but there has uniqueness that makes it worth it. the internal power generator is a very cool feature. I would buy again!

I was hesitant on spending what I did for this sequential puzzle, but after receiving it and opening the package, I fell in love with it. The look and feel of seeing it in person gives you the feeling your holding some kind of alien tech. I was watching Chris Ramsay solve this puzzle on YouTube. It looked so cool I stopped watching and came here to order it. It was hard not watching the rest of the video, but I didn't want to spoil anything. The features this puzzle box has are like no other of its size. First you have to solve the four sides in order to get the prize inside. Which is all I'm going to say. I don't want to ruin the discovery aspect. This puzzle was quite a challenge, to say the least. Thankfully, there's a few QR codes you can scan with your phone to a access a hints/solution page. Don't worry about spoiling anything by using it. The hints are slowly given without telling you what to do immediately. It's extremely satisfying to solve, though you'll need a pen and paper. There are so many parts and pieces to use as tools. You really get your money's worth. Hours of fun with puzzle after puzzle. Just when you think you're done, there's another puzzle. When you get to the prize, there's still more to do. I highly recommend this puzzle box.

Even greater puzzle box, like the philosopher stone puzzle box, it's made with great quality and then one even have electronic components, and doesn't even need battery, it's more difficult than the others, that's why it was double the fun. Recommend

It’s not easy, particularly the parts where you genuinely need a pen & paper to work a few things out - admittedly I had to cheat here - but overall this is such a well-build, satisfying puzzle to have. Even re-doing it once you know the full solution. Wouldn’t be for casual puzzle lovers I’d expect, because of the bits mentioned above, but otherwise it’d be a genuinely great gift.

Le produit est agréable à manipuler et on ne craint pas de le casser ; - La qualité des énigmes : les indices et l'ordre des énigmes sont logiques. Il y a un unique moment, vers la toute fin, où je n'ai pas saisi le sens des indices ; - La qualité du méchanisme : j'étais sceptique en achetant ce produit (en raison du méchanisme éléctrique) et je m'attendais à recevoir un "jouet". Mais c'est loin d'être le cas, le méchanisme est ingénieux et solide. Je recommande et valide les excellentes notes

KEIN Puzzeln erforderlich! Ist fertig zusammengebaut. Auspacken - anfangen - rätseln War überrascht von der Qualität/Verarbeitung. Ich hab es noch nicht gelöst und will auch nicht übers Internet Schummeln. Aber es ist sehr spannend und vor allem in einer kleinen Runde sollte das jedem Spaß machen. Das BESTE Rätsel dieser Art, was ich kenne. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
