It has to be close but it's great
This is such a good microphone the sound is perfect, and it is so easy to set up! But to make a sound you have to put it next to your mouth without the foam cover this is such a good tool for me. A youtuber

Works well, quality seems good, comes with extra connectors & carrying bag
Works very well. Not super loud like the popular review says. Works well, just clip to collar, that one guy probably had his mic gain set way too high in the sound options. Works as a a separate input device and I still use my Bluetooth headphones as the output.

My experience and why I gave this product a 4 out of 5
My motivation for purchasing the Professional #1 Best Lavalier Lapel Microphone is predominantly to capture quality sound to go along with the videos I shoot. Initially and in part due to the low cost of the product my expectations were not immediately high, but I felt that I had nothing to lose especially since my DSLR camera is not capable of capturing usable audio. My expectations for this product were for it to be physically lightweight, quick and easy to use and set up, and to be able to capture decent audio and function properly for on camera interviews. I already knew my IPhone6 recorded great audio if placed in the right spot, but in order to step my game up professionally I wanted the option of using a lavaliere microphone for interviews. I wanted something cheap but to still be able to give me quality sound similar to my IPhone6. I purchased this microphone about four months ago and have unfortunately only been able to use it a handful of times due to my busy schedule. However, in the instances that I have used it, majority of the time it has proven to function properly. The matte black cable and lapel clip provide a way to easily hide the technology when using it. The Omnidirectional Condenser microphone that is attached to the 59” (1.5m) cable is just as compact as a standard pair of Apple headphones, while also fitting the 3.5mm headphone jack that is universal for most smart devices. I do not recall receiving any directions accompanying the product, but the set up and usage was fairly easy to interpret. In my experience with the product I used an app with which to record and store my audio that was previously installed on my IPhone6 called, “voice memo.” Once this app was opened I inserted the cable into the jack as if they were headphones and then hit record. I instantly could see the sound being picked up thus indicating its initial functionality. This product seems to work effectively and most efficiently when paired with a mobile phone. I tried once to connect it to my Macbook Pro laptop but it did not show it was recording anything. My assumption is that there is a setting that needs to be changed in the preferences of my laptop in order to tell the computer to use the jack for recording audio and not listening. If you do not have a program for recording sound already open this may cause difficulties in functionality as well. There were two instances when the microphone simply did not record sound while being plugged in to my mobile phone. This was a concern of mine because when you are in the field and on the go there is no time for your audio recorder to not work. One option for temporarily fixing this problem is by unplugging the cable and then plugging it in again. This product is just one way to combine a cheap price with professionally capable equipment. Recording sound is the purpose for this product and in the few times I have tested it out I have paid special attention to background noise pick up and its sensitivity ranges. These are important aspects to think about because once the audio is captured there is only so much you can do in postproduction to correct it. I have attached audio files demonstrating voice and sound captured with the microphone and also without it (using my cell phone’s built-in microphone). You can hear the recordings by copy and pasting my Soundcloud link, see audio tracks 1 and 2 to compare close sensitivity, track 2 has the tendency to capture too much audio at once while track one uses the windscreen on the lapel microphone. See audio tracks 3 and 4 to compare the distance sensitivity. You can especially notice the difference in background noise and clarity of my voice. The final two clips measure pitch, the low rumble of cars 30 feet away from me and the sharp sound of clanking keys. I have not tried out any other cheap microphones besides the built in one from my mobile phone and the built in one on my DSLR camera. Out of these options the omnidirectional condenser microphone and my mobile phones built in microphone, I’d say that they are similar in sensitivity range and sound pick up. The downfall to using your mobile phone is that visually it is unprofessional. This product is essentially a professional extension to the audio recorder you have in your smart device. Overall I like this product and recommend it as a quick alternative to capturing audio. This product appeals to audiences interested in technology, videography and sound recording. With today’s technology each individual can capture quality audio recording from his or her smart phone or device. The situations where this microphone would work best would be for interview recording, vocal recording or for capturing sound in difficult or hard to reach places. For people who do not have an audio jack built in to their camera body this cheap product serves as a great alternative to professionally capturing quality audio. Audio 1: Saying the ABCs using lapel microphone clipped on left lapel 5 inches down from chin. In this audio file I clipped the microphone 5-6 inches down from my chin onto my lapel or collard shirt. I spoke in the direction forward of me and did not move my head to either side while speaking. Audio 2: Saying the ABCs with built in mobile phone microphone on the left lapel 5 inches down from chin. In this audio file I held my mobile phone in the same position as the lapel microphone and spoke with the same criteria. In cases where a person has a relatively high shirt pocket a phone can be used to capture audio from there as well. Audio 3: Saying the ABCs 6-10 feet away with lapel microphone. You can tell the slight difference in the clarity of my voice and footsteps when using the lapel microphone. Audio 4: Saying the ABCs 6-10 feet away using mobile phone built in microphone. The audio recording without the microphone captures more static tends to draw an echo from where I was standing (Potentially can depend on environment settings). Audio 5: Cars driving by, slight rain, approximately 30 feet away and using a lapel microphone. In this audio file I was standing at a far distance from the street as cars passed by and rain drizzled down. Audio 6: Car keys jiggling 6 inches above lapel microphone. In this audio file I got closer to the microphone to see how it would pick up a higher pitch generated jiggling my car keys. Link to hear audio! [...]

Great mic for the price
Great mic, especially for the price. The sound quality is much higher than I anticipated and my recordings sound better than a high end mic I borrowed from a friend

Honest Review for MOTOVLOG
It works as intended, I was trying to use this microphone for a motovlog setup for my helmet. I felt the cable was was too long, I adjusted the gain volume and notice the mic will not work if it goes below -14 gain and -13 gain was fine until I hit the road. It was extremely loud and choppy but that was to be expected when 80mph winds are hitting your face. I would not recommend this for Motovlogging but will work just fine in any other scenario. I would buy again if it were for another reason.

lavalier beast
I recently decided to try out the PoP voice Lavalier Lapel Microphone, and I'm really happy with it. A lot of customer reviews rave about its value for the price, and I have to agree. First off, the mic comes neatly packaged and is super easy to clip onto your clothing. Customers often mention how versatile it is—picking up sound from all directions and capturing clear audio. It really does deliver audio quality that’s comparable to some of the higher-end professional mics, which is impressive for something in this price range. The build feels solid, and the included windscreen does a great job of cutting down on wind noise. The long cable is another highlight; at about 6 feet, it gives you plenty of freedom to move around while recording. Overall, based on other reviews and my own experience, this mic is a fantastic deal. It’s become a staple for my recording setup and offers great performance without breaking the bank. If you’re looking for a reliable, budget-friendly lavalier mic, the PoP voice is definitely worth considering!

Great Lapel Microphone At A Great Price
I needed a microphone to do videos with but I had trouble with the microphone picking up hum and buzz noise from my computer no matter what microphone I tried. About a year ago I bought a PopVoice PV610 Lapel Microphone and plugged it into my computer and got the same noisy results, but then I tried using a USB audio adapter made by Sabrent. I then plugged the PopVoice PV610 Lapel Microphone into the Sabrent AU-EMCB Audio Adapter and the computer's hum and buzz was gone and I had clean quiet full sound from the PopVoice PV610 Lapel Microphone. I highly recommend using the PopVoice PV610 Lapel Microphone and Sabrent AU-EMCB Audio Adapter together because the combination works very well. The price for both the PopVoice PV610 Lapel Microphone and the Sabrent AU-EMCB Audio Adapter are a great value and very affordable. I give the combination of the PopVoice PV610 microphone and Sabrent AU-EMCB Audio Adapter 5 Stars. Please look at my video review to see the microphone and audio adapter in action.

I received the product in time and good packaging. The product does not work with Android phone as mentioned. I tried with 3 phones. It might work with iPhone. Maybe it works with splitter or another jack.

Excelente vendedor y producto.
