I bought these mostly for walking and light workouts. They definitely look nicer than traditional ankle/wrist weights - the design is sleek and they come in great colors - but functionally, they’re just okay. They’re comfortable enough to wear, but I did notice they can feel a bit warm and sweaty (I'm sure all of these types of bands do!) Who it’s for: If you want cute, Instagram-worthy weights that encourage you to move more, you’ll love them. if you wanna save money and buy a cheaper alternative, I don't think you'll notice the difference

I am very disappointed with those ankle weight . They are design for a child ankle. They looks nice but nothing like a photo

Loved the ease of use. They are not bulky and the little mesh bag the cone in is cool. Strap them onto my ankles takes away the need to carry them in my gym bag. Looking to buy one more pair for my wrists.

I frequently use these for exercising and found that they are more comfortable than others to wear when exercising. The rounded edges also reduce the ouch of regularly bumping into yourself as you exercise, which is also very nice. Highly recommended.
