Great tv

I'm obsessed with this television. The picture and color quality is amazing. It's like I'm looking through a glass window at images. The images are so clear and I can see every detail. I usually always purchase Samsung everytime. My previous Samsung only lasted for five years and one side the sceen went dark.I was so disappointed when this happened. I am so glad I decided to try a Sony television. This tv definitely impressed me. I would recommend this television to anyone, you will not be disappointed. You will definitely need to setup the settings to your liking.

AVOID!! I was hesitant to buy a refurbished TV with an $1,800 price tag, but I was convinced by the positive reviews and figured it’s Amazon. It should be quality. The seller’s description of the condition of the TV was “Excellent”. I ordered the TV on March 3, 2026. The TV was delivered on March 11, 2026. Upon unboxing the TV, powering it on, and going through the Sony setup, there was no sound from the TV. I called Sony customer support. They walked me through all trouble shooting options and determined the TVs internal speakers are defective. A soundbar also does not work with the TV. The TV emits no sound. I currently have an $1,800 paperweight. Hoping the seller is going to resolve this issue and replace the TV with the same model, and one without defects or damages. Or refund my money. Until the issue is resolved I can’t rate the experience any higher, and would give it a zero if that was an option. Just spend the extra money and buy a new TV. Lesson learned!

I bought this Sony 55” Bravia 8 OLED from Beach Camera. I had a little trouble with an adjustment of the TV. I wrote a message about the issue. Rizalyn from the company responded promptly and helped me to resolve the issue. The resolution worked for me. Thanks to Rizalyn.

TV did not work. It was DOA. Needs to be sent back. Went to Best Buy bought another 4K TV. It will be delivered Saturday.

Never even turned it on. The S-Center jack on back of the tv was broken and would not hold a cable. Alot of the reason I bought the tv was for that very feature to go hand in hand with my Sony receiver which also has this feature. More than little bummed by the whole situation. they say renewed; buyer beware.

Tv has a fantastic picture. I find it a tad bit glossy and do get some reflections. Seller gets a A+ for quick accurate answers.
