Worth the money

The front face of the OctoTech43 feels a little small and narrow in my hands. As a point of reference, I wear a size Large golf glove. The sides are pretty rounded and don’t sit comfortably in the crease of my palm as recommended in 2Thumb videos I’ve watched. Other than that, the material feels good and soft to grip. The length of the grip is sufficient to accommodate when I like to chock up a bit on putts.

I’ve tried a lot of putter grips over the years but the OCTOTECH 36 really stands out. The eight-sided design fits so naturally in my hands and makes it easy to keep even grip pressure which has seriously helped reduce wrist movement in my stroke. I love that it works for different putting styles too. I’m someone who tends to overthink my grip but this feels comfortable no matter what. The quality is top notch with the EVA core and PU material giving it a really nice soft feel while still being tacky enough for good control. The traction on the sides and the smooth front make a big difference and I’m definitely seeing better consistency on the greens. I went with the 29mm size and it’s perfect. Not too bulky but still gives enough surface area to hold comfortably. Overall this grip feels well thought out and really does what it claims to. If you’re serious about improving your putting this is absolutely worth trying.

I have an old Ping that used to be my pride and joy but after years of use it got put in my old club bag. I saw this grip and decided to give it a try. Well, I couldn't be more surprised! It's a bit "funny" feeling" at first but I got used to it rather quickly. I was hitting puts like I knew what I was doing! It is a nice grip that fits well in your hand and definitely aids in holding proper alignment. I'm truly happy with this grip and will soon be changing the grip on my new putter.
