I ordered these bars to round out my home fitness equipment for variety. Sometimes I don't feel like swinging a kettlebell ya know? The bars come with a workout sheet you can hang on your wall which offers a challenging full body workout for women especially if done circuit-training style with very little rest between sets. I did two sets each of a dozen of the exercises and I worked up a serious sweat. I also want to say that the customer service of this vendor is AWESOME! One of my bars arrived with missing weight stickers. The company reps worked quickly and diligently to get me tags and adhesive to put them on with so I didn't have to worry about anything. Though vendors may offer similar products at similar pricing, what sets them apart is the care they show their customers -- to me that makes all the difference, My experience with this vendor and their product are rated 6 stars, but I can only give out 5. :)

Good quality

I had to return it because I only got one out of the four I paid for. Was tempted to keep it because it really is a great bar but couldn't or didn't want to pay for something I didn't get. Oh yeah if you buy any way and the some thing happens to you, make sure you keep the box, I had to buy a box to ship it back. Now no bar and out of $24 the cost of the box.

Bought for working out at home since I don’t want barbells. Love these since dumbbells get boring or put to much pressure on my injured shoulder.
