I use the cinnamon oil to help deter ants from around entry points of my house and yard. It smells great and does its intended purpose. The smell will last a few days from what I can tell but does wonders on keeping ants at bay.

First time purchasing cinnamon oil, but this product had just a hint of cinnamon scent, not unpleasant, but not what I expected. Priced well.

I bought this 4 Oz bottle of Handcrafted Blends cinnamon oil because of the low price. Well, low price is not always a bargain. I can smell cinnamon but it isn’t very pronounced for such a spicy substance. In addition, I can smell another unidentifiable substance as well as the faint cinnamon. Being relatively new to the extensive offerings of essential oils, I was not aware of the high potential for adulterated products that make claims of 100% purity, and the testing reports made available by the most reputable companies, which this company doesn’t that I have been able to find. Very disappointed and now am in the process of replacing the ‘bargain” brands I purchased, including this one. I urge everyone to investigate brand reviews by certified aromatherapists for professional tips on how to recognize quality brands and products BEFORE you buy essential oils.

The cinnamon smell is kind of weird. Don't smell the bottle. Use it and let it sit for awhile and it smells better. It was not the fall scent I was hoping for but you do get a lot for the money.

Wonderful scent. Love the option of a dropper, gives more control without getting clogged like the ones that pour.

I purchased the CINNAMON oil. The fragrance is more of a strong CLOVE scent with hints of cinnamon. However, it's still nice and lasts a very long time . Would recommend.

This oil is extracted from other parts of the tree than the bark. It is the bark that gives the cinnamon aroma that most people are expecting. The oils from the leaves share compounds with cloves and tend to smell like cloves.

Most of the scents are AWESOME for the price!! *Except* for the cinnamon which is dreadful! Not sure what it smells like - think of an old butterscotch - but weirder and a v far leap from cinnamon. Meanwhile, the lemon, eucalyptus, rosemary etc are awesome!!

The smell is so good and I really like the addition of the glass dropper.
