Bought for my 18yo son as his blood test showed low vit D. He said they’re delicious. Great way of getting a vit D supplement if you’re not keen on tablets.

Vitamin D even lower after taking
They taste nice, but when I had bloods taken in August my vitamin D was low, started taking this and just had repeat bloods which show my vitamin D is even lower… in 6 months I’d have hoped for an increase?.. won’t buy these again unfortunately.
