It’s ok

I bought the travel case specifically for protecting the headphones in my backpack for airplane travel. It does a good job at that but it’s kind of bulky. It seems like it’s bigger than it needs to be. The strap and snap that hold the headphones in the case doesn’t work very well. The snap is super weak and does not hold. The strap is too long. So I tucked the strap inside the case and that seems to solve both problems with the strap.

They really could have made a better case for traveling. Like one that fully enclosed them and hooks onto a 🎒

Terrible product. Headphones would fall out if you didn't have them in a bag. They cannot hang from anything. The strap is not secure, it's a weak button magnet. This is a poor concept. I purchased a generic hard case that stores the headphones in the open position and it's flat and can hang from a backpack if needed. This got sent back within 12 hours of receipt.

These were a gift to my granddaughter going off to university. She says they were very well for her. And her phone calls home to her family, including myself have been very clear. A good buy.
