I was upset by the lack of Mac software. I will return the scanner.

Nice unit. I've never had a sheet fed scanner before, only flatbeds. I think flatbeds still have their place for specific applications. I have been using my phone for years to scan things, but sometimes the results are not so great.I have not tried the duplex scanning yet, but I have scanned quite a bit of different documents printed on various stock and tocknesses. I haven't had a single issue yet. I was impressed with the speed. It is overkill for the average home user. It is great for small businesses or those who happen to deal with a lot of documents in general.I think the price should be a little lower. They sell the same thing (also refurbished) without the power supply and USB cord for $50 less. These items are not worth that much. Maybe $20.Very nice unit overall. It does have a 1 year warranty. I am always a bit leary of refurbished or renewed items but we will see.

I recently purchased this document scanner, and I couldn't be happier! It's so easy to use and has made organizing my paperwork a breeze. The scanning speed is impressive, and the quality is fantastic. I love how it saves me so much time. If you want to simplify your document management, this scanner is worth it!
