I love this turmeric tea! I usually get it in the morning and it helps me to start my day with no need to eat too early. My favorite way to drink it is with hot water plus a tablespoon of cream and a teaspoon of honey. I also add extra cinnamon which gives it a really nice flavor!

I’ve tried mushroom “coffees”, some that actually have coffee in them, which hurts my gut and quickly gave me a headache. I recently took a risk, and ordered all three flavors of the MUD/wtr, the original chai, the matcha, and the turmeric. I tried the original as a hot drink with just water, and wasn’t impressed. I tried it with a little oat milk, and it was much better. I then tried the turmeric with the oat milk, and it was pretty good. I tried the matcha with oat milk, and it was also real good. Since I make a matcha latte in the mornings hot, I decided to make these MUD/wtr drinks over ice with oat milk as a latte, and drink them while working. They have a slight cacao flavor, which of course is an ingredient, but there’s no mushroom flavor that I could detect, unless you make the original version hot, then it smelled like dirty feet (lol). Keep in mind though that my sense of smell hasn’t been reliable for almost 10 years due to sinus surgeries - which is an important point. So after trying one cup a day… I did notice on day two that I felt slightly more alert and “with it” than usual, so I wasn’t mad about that. On the third day however, I was very aware of my thought process being quicker, sharper, and my words came easily. That made it a really good day. The fourth day was just more of being able to focus better, not having the annoying pauses of what I meant to do next after being interrupted, so I was definitely functioning more efficiently. Then I got the bonus effect on day four. I’d read in the reviews that someone said it caused them to start getting their sense of smell back all of a sudden, so I thought that would be interesting considering mine has been gone so long. Well it happened. I suddenly became aware of the litter box, which I never smell, so I cleaned it, and it was awful.😂 I then became aware of being able to smell the garlic and onions that I was cooking with, not only that but I could taste them .. and it’s been years since I could do that!! So yes the stuff is supposed to be “expensive”, like a dollar a cup, which is still $6+ dollars cheaper than a Starbucks beverage, with 100% more health benefits. Anyway, I’m a 100% Huge Fan, and now have a monthly subscription! I highly recommend!!

Container lid is very hard to open, I had to use something to pry it open and a lot of it went flying everywhere once the lid came free. Maybe a seal under the lid would be helpful. The powder is fine and impossible to recover what I lost. Only had one cup so far, but it tastes good.

Really good mushroom coffee, I do recommend it..

First off, I don't have the frother. It doesn't really dissolve well, it's tumeric and mushroom powder etc. Not a big deal to me. Initially, I did notice change in my digestion already immediately it seemed to be cleaning me out. I have been taking it for just over two weeks and I can notice a difference in my libido and my energy. I have lost 4 pounds, although weight loss isn't a goal.

The powder does not dissolve well in boiling water. It left a thick sludge in the bottom of my coffee mug. I tried a second time and the same thing happened. Also, good coffee does not need cream and sugar but this definitely did. Italso smelled bad. All around an unhappy experience with this coffee. I’m going back to my Sigmatic mushroom coffee. It is delicious and dissolves perfectly every time.

I am sensitive to caffeine but sometimes I just want a warm pick me up drink in the middle of the day. The issue is most of the options are caffeinated. I used to drink decaf but then I saw an article about how many chemicals are in that process and knew I needed a new solution. My doctor has also been telling me I need to add more turmeric to my diet. I decided to give this a try and it has become my new afternoon drink. I mix it with coconut milk and a little honey. I drink it warm mostly but sometimes pour over ice for warm days. I feel refreshed and focused after drinking it. I love the health benefits of the functional mushrooms and the turmeric. I feel like I am doing something good for myself.

I’m sure this product is great for somebody but it’s not for me. You should know you can can’t return it. I had a very tough time unable to create a pallet for it. I enjoy the flavor of turmeric and many organic items but after a week of daily, trying it no joy it’s gritty even with excessive blending. I love their marketing techniques. That’s what made me wanna buy the product. Sadly, I didn’t get any more energy after consistently trying for a whole week.
