I was in a car accident 2 months ago and found that the EMS/TENS therapy at the PT clinic really helped stop muscle spasms in my shoulder that caused a lot of pain. So I bought this little unit for home, expecting it to be pretty wimpy. Boy was I wrong about that! At PT I have them turn it all the way up, but with this portable unit, I can't can't get anywhere near the highest setting. Though I do think it's not quite as strong when you use all 4 pads. I usually use 2 pads and then if I need help in another area, I move the 2 pads and do another 20 or 30 minutes. I had to play around with the settings, and ended up in DIY mode with it set at a rate of 14, pulse at 240, and cycle at 30. That gave me the closest experience to continuous stimulation I could get to. Though there are probably other ways to get the same experience. Then I tried it out on my husband who has bad knees from years of construction work. I really didn't expect this little zapper to help him at all. But to our happy surprise, his knee pain went away. He was still stiff if he didn't bend the knee for a while, but the pain went away! I loved it so much I got one for my daughter whose partner has excruciating back spasms. Waiting to hear back from them now. I may end up buying a third unit so I can keep one in the house and one in my office. I do recommend buying extra pads because you are going to want to share this great little therapy box with others.

This unit is more than I expected!! I purchased this to replace a model that I already owned of a different brand. The older unit was a wheel dial and was showing wear and tear. I was interested in this unit because it offered TENS, EMS, and Massage. I have used all three features. This unit is easy to use, has a bright LED screen, and the two independent leads is great for targeting areas like the neck/shoulder and wrists for neuropathy that I have been experiencing. My mother was suffering from neck pain and shoulder tightness after a hospital stay recently and after an anti-inflammatory, and an RX pain pill, she was still in moderate pain. I placed some larger pads that I purchased on her upper shoulders and smaller round pads un the base of her neck, chose the Massage feature on the Combo setting and within minutes her pain was easing off and 15 mins later she was asleep. I also love the fact that you can set the time up to 90 minutes. The unit is smaller than expected and the leads have a long cord. The unit can be paused, and also locked so you don’t have to worry about the settings changing, even in a pocket. I purchased a 48-piece replacement pad of another brand and they work perfectly. For what I received, I would have thought it would have costed much more—excellent value for the price. Easily wipes off and comes with a small pouch for storing. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a TENS/EMS/Massage unit.

The device works well, but the cables from the device to the pads are extremely long 5’8”(as long as I am tall) 174 CM. The company should made the cables 2 1/2 feet would’ve been sufficient

I like this unit very much. BUT I did not receive a charging cord for it. This is a real problem for me. Brenda S Stedham

I had no trouble putting it together; the box came with a full twelve electrode pads, and the directions were easy to understand, so I was able to get started without any misunderstanding. It is my opinion that the dual-channel capability is very helpful since it enables me to concurrently target two separate locations, such as my shoulders and my lower back. I am able to tailor each session to my particular requirements on any given day thanks to the massage and muscle stimulation alternatives that are available to me. For instance, I utilize the Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) mode to assist in the rehabilitation of my muscles after a strenuous exercise. On days when I am experiencing general pain, the massage mode offers me comfortable respite. My ability to fine-tune the experience to what is comfortable for me is made possible by the fact that the intensity levels are extremely customizable. On the other hand, I have had negative experiences in the past with devices that are comparable to this one, where the battery life was disappointing. However, the fact that this device can be recharged came as a great surprise to me. It has a good capacity for holding a charge, and it can be used for a number of sessions before it has to be recharged. This is not only handy, but it also saves me money since I don't have to continually purchase batteries.
