Takes more tries than it should to get a perfect trim on the wiper blade, also this is NOT by any means an alternative to buying new wiper blades

I followed the cleaning and cutting instructions to the letter on both of our cars, so 6 wipers in total, however the result was terrible. The wipers aren't much better at clearing the water, leaving big streaks on the window, but that's not the major issue, it's turned all 6 previously mostly quiet wipers into monster squeakers. 95% of the time now whilst driving in rain, all you can hear is: screech... screech... screech...! Utterly awful. I've just had to order 6 new wipers to replace the lot. What a waste of £15.

I am truly amazed at just how well this thing works! Was extremely skeptical, but after trying it out on my 8 month old OEM wiper blades, I’m convinced I’ve been wasting thousands of $ on new wiper blades my entire life. Product has a T-shaped guide for the wiper blade to fit in, and clearly marked “1” & “2” slots. After hooking this little gem on the blade, you’ll have to grip the rubber portion pretty firmly to pull it do the end. It also comes with a little green cleaning sponge to prep and finish the rubber. Honestly, it might not exactly be a “factory edge”, but there are no streaks or gaps after using it on the “1” slot.

Ich habe den Ecocut heute erhalten und muss sagen ich war zuerst etwas skeptisch wegen ein paar Bewertungen hier und Bildern mit ausgerissenen Wischerblättern. Ich habe zuerst an einem alten Wischer geübt um mir evtl. nicht den montierten zu versauen und siehe da es klappte von Anfang an sehr gut. Die Wischer habe ich zum nachschreiben abmontiert, ordentlich gereinigt und mit WD40 eingesprüht (Schmierseife geht wohl auch laut Anleitung). Mit einer langsamen und gleichmäßigen Bewegung funktioniert es sehr gut, lediglich am Ende bleibt eine kleine Nase von 2-3mm stehen die aufgrund der fehlenden Führung am Ende des Schnittes entsteht. Ich habe einfach von der anderen Seite nochmals ein paar cm geschnitten und somit war diese auch entfernt. Der vorher nachher Vergleich des Wischergebnisses ist enorm, so gut wie neu. Heute habe ich sechs Wischerblätter nachgeschnitten und kein einziger ist ausgerissen oder war zerstört. Für mich ein super Produkt 👍
