Excellent advice for controlling PCOS naturally. The advice does help restore periods & keep weight issues in control. Both my daughter and I have PCOS and prefer the advice in this book, rather than resulting to medical intervention, that masks the problem. Once you begin to understand that PCOS is a problem with insulin control, it becomes easier to understand your body and change diet a accordingly.
