Beware: Not Suitable for Use in the UK
I purchased this lock, paid for it to be professionally installed by a carpenter into a brand-new door, only to discover it couldnât be set up to work. After hours of frustration, I contacted Yale support, only to be informed that the app required to operate the lock isnât available in the UK!Not only did I waste money on the lock and the installation, but I may now have to replace the entire door due to the specific fitting for this lock. This has been an expensive and infuriating experience. Yale should make it very clear on their product page that this lock is not compatible in the UK.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product if youâre in the UK.
