I have bought the same writing pad multiple times in the last few years, and the quality has definitely degraded over time. The product is still good and functional.

Size of the pad is not very big. Paper quality mediocre. If you use a fountain pen or gel pen, or sketch or marker, it will affect the reverse side. Use of a ball pen is recommended. However value for money! Do not expect anything fancy for this price. Handy size, can be easy carried in a bag. Useful for joting ideas, notes during meetings, seminars, conferences, seminars, workshops. Can be used as a rough pad also. You can write small letters. Due to low weight of paper, postage and courier costs will be less. May be useful for writers and journalists.

i prefer the black cover/holder on top to keep the page from tearing. its missing and pages come off easily.

These are plain notepads with lines. Great for jotting things down. I use it for a grocery list and similar types of lists. Good product.

The writing pads are a disappointment. The paper is too thin, and the lines too close to allow writing easily. The paper quality is really poor and scratchy. It's not even a standard writing pad size. When I compare it with my earlier writing pad, the earlier one is locally made but the paper quality is way better and the ruled lines far spaced enough to allow freehand writing. Unable to write on the pad with the smoothness expected of a product like this. Was really looking forward to these yellow ruled writing pads and I am very disappointed in them. Further, these are made in China.

As a lot of people have written in earlier reviews; the quality of the paper isn't great. The size might be an issue for some. I found it decently sized for my mid size desk. I like the color of the pads and the paper quality is fair if you intend to use a ball point pen. The problem arises when you use a micro tip, needle tip pen; the Uniball and Pilot pens in particular. While they write fairly well, its not as smooth as a all point pen. The ball point pen ink tends to be light colored and faint as compared to a Uni-ball micro pen. You DEFINITELY CANNOT write on both sides of the paper. It is too thin and you can see through the other side. It works fine if you intend to use just one side. It is very useful for quick office note-taking. I like the size. I wish there could have been a mid sized pad, less than an A4 but bigger than a B6. Not sure if there is a pad this size in the market. Overall, i find the pad useful in the current WFH scenario. Will add pictures of different ink pens used.

Very pleasant color, the line spacing is nice and not too wide, paper tears off nicely and easily. Paper itself is on the thinner side, so don't expect to be able to use both sides, but for shopping lists, small disposable notes and other casual writing this is a very good notepad. No smell whatsoever, well packaged.
