Excellent product. Extremely unresponsive seller (Read more)
Turkey is known for it's olive oil and when I saw this soap from Dalan I was curious to try. I searched about Dalan online and it seems to be an old, traditional modern company. I also read the reviews on Amazon and was extremely concerned about the negative reviews specifcally relating to the smell and lack of lather. But i went ahead and ordered it and am extremely pleased with this soap.It doesn't lather that much but that is not of concern. What i truly like about this soap is its extremely pleasant fragrance - not strong or overpowering as other users say. What is striking is the feeling of cleanliness that it leaves behind. I actually feel fresh and clean after using this soap. The soap is pricey (Rs 125 per 150 gm soap) but a small price to pay for an olive oil soap from Turkey, and most imprortantly for something that we do first thing in the morning and that sets the mood for the entire day.IMPORTANT: My issue is with the seller who is extremely unresponsive to a simple request - is it VEGETARIAN? I am one and unfortunately learnt the hard way that almost all foreign soaps are non-veg as in they have tallow or animal fats. Repeated requests to the seller elicted no response. Maybe they don't bother but i do. Finally someone (another customer?) said it is vegan (hopefully it is also not tested on animals). So SOUMYA TRADING if you are reading - then for heavens sake take a second to answer this important question. And do mention if veg or non-veg for all your soaps (there is a cocoa butter, sea minerals, glycerine, wild rose and almond, lime, creamy pomegranate and more). You will only get more business but classifying. And AMAZON if you are reading (and i am sure you are) - for such kind of imported products do mention a green or red symbol. India is also a vegetarian country and you will not lose a thing but helping us out. And do provide the adequate information to your customer representatives. Many times they have told me an item is veg only for me to realize after much research that it isn't. If they don't know let them say so.On the whole an excellent item, pricey but well worth it.

Mild smell and nice
Good soap with a mild smell. Doesn't lather up much. Melts in Chennai heat! But this is a pure soap on a budget!

A little drying soap.
I thought it would be with more moisture but found it a little drying on my skin. Overall a good product.

NOT FRAGRANCE FREE.
I don't know yet if the soap is something special or not but it's surely not "fragrance free". The ingredient list clearly mentions 'parfum'. Customers feel cheated when the advertisement is misleading.
