Ghost supps are pricey but always gets the job done. Tastes good and only need half a scoop for a normal weightlifting day. I’ll take a full scoop if I’m trying to break PRs and it sure helps. It dissolves quickly but there is some graininess left behind. Overall a good product.

Even with all the caffeine in it it doesn't bother me. However this product has various levels of how the caffeine will impact you so I think this works with me.
